Amazon MGM Studios has unveiled the first trailer for Crime 101, the upcoming Los Angeles-set thriller based on Don Winslow’s bestselling novella.
Chris Hemsworth leads the film as a gifted but elusive thief known for pulling off high-stakes heists along the 101 freeway. Hoping for one final score, he crosses paths with a weary insurance broker played by Halle Berry, whose own life is at a turning point. The two form an unexpected partnership as they chase a life-changing payout.
Mark Ruffalo stars as the detective determined to bring them down, tightening the net as the operation grows riskier.
Written and directed by Bart Layton (American Animals, The Imposter), the film features an ensemble cast including Barry Keoghan, Monica Barbaro, Corey Hawkins, Jennifer Jason Leigh, and Nick Nolte.
Crime 101 is expected to hit theaters on February 13, 2026.
